Medifence is a joint venture of Parason Machinery and Manjeet Cotton Pvt Ltd. The company was created in response to COVID 19, to manufacture high-quality products to protect you from the Corona Pandemic.
It is a unique blend of engineering & fabric technology with a history of trust of more than 40 years.
Parason Group is one of the largest manufacturers & Exporters of pulp and paper machinery. Their collaboration with Manjeet Cotton, one of the largest exporters & manufacturers for Cotton Bales has resulted in delivering the finest masks and other protective gear.

OUR HISTORY
Medifence LLP is a partnership firm incorporated in MAY 2020 with manufacturing set up at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The company is a joint venture of Parason Machinery and Manjeet Cotton Pvt Ltd.
Parason was started by Dr. C P Desarda, in 1976. Dr. Desarda innovated manufacturing of Refiner Plates in martensitic stainless steel for the first time in India to adapt to Pulp & Paper Industry Parason is one of the largest manufacturers & Exporters of pulp and paper machinery with a strong engineering and operations background.
On the other hand, Manjeet Cotton Private Ltd, founded in 1982 is the largest Exporters and Manufacturer of Cotton Bales in India with deep expertise in Cotton and Fabric Technology.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Medifence LLP is equipped with a State-of-the-art Manufacturing Unit located in Aurangabad & Solapur.
The manufacturing facility uses the fully automated latest technology machine line and ultrasonic technology to make sure the least human contact with the product, The Production facility is equipped and maintained under the Contamination free zone with AHU Systems. The products are evaluated and tested by testing equipment at various stages of operation as per our quality manual. Our teams consist of skilled and specialized workers who are putting their effort into manufacturing these products. The company has also installed special Sanitized Packaging Technology to provide you the finest Sterilized Products.

Precautions
01) Do NOT use the respirator or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstances:
The atmosphere contains less than 19.5% oxygen.
The atmosphere contains oil aerosols if using N protection class respirator
For protection against gases or vapors
Contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health
Concentrations or contaminants exceed maximum use concentrations in applicable OSHA standards or applicable government regulations or 10 times the PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit), whichever is lower
For sandblasting, paint-spray operations, asbestos
02) Do NOT modify or misuse the respirator.
03) Do NOT use the respirator with beards or other facial hair that interferes with direct contact between the face and the edge of the respirator, or any other conditions that may prevent a good face-seal.

The Protective equipment consists of garments placed to protect the health care workers or any other persons to get infected. These usually consist of Standard precautions: gloves, mask, gown. If it is blood or airborne high infections, it will include Face protection, mask or face shield, gloves, gown or coverall, headcover & shoe cover.

Precautions
For Gowns
01) DON’T re-use the gown for the same or different patient. Disposable and reusable gowns are single time use items and should always be promptly disposed of in the garbage or laundry when care is complete.
02) DON’T push or roll gown sleeves up your forearm.
03) DON’T allow contaminated gowns to hang out of the garbage.
04) DON’T wear a contaminated gown outside of the patient care area (e.g., clean areas, nurses’ stations, supply rooms, hallways).
05) DON’T wear a non-sterile gown when performing an invasive procedure or surgery. Sterile gowns must be worn in these circumstances.
For Masks
01) DON’T use it for protection against very small particles that float in the air (e.g., TB, measles, or chickenpox).
02) DON’T wear if wet or soiled; get a new mask.
03) DON’T criss cross ties.
04) DON’T reuse; toss it after wearing once.
05) DON’T touch the front of the mask, as it is contaminated after use.
For Gloves
01) DON’T re-use or wash gloves (except for utility gloves after being properly cleaned).
02) DON’T use gloves if they are damaged or visibly soiled.
03) DON’T touch your face when wearing gloves.
04) DON’T wear the same pair of gloves from one patient to another.
05) DON’T forget to remove and dispose of gloves properly.
